Multi Currency Support

Currency SymbolsOPS supports accepting payments in UK Sterling (£) out of the box, but if you need to accept any other currency OPS works just as well – OPS already accepts payments for customers in US Dollars, Australian Dollars, Euro's, Yen and Canadian Dollars. Other currencies can easily be added so you can receive funds in the currency of your choice.

 

Call Centre Collections

Call CentreOPS doesn't just give your debtors a debtor facing website from which to accept payments – its also a full blown call centre application designed for companies with one credit controller right the way up to large call centre installations. Our largest customer has a call centre of 1,000 staff based in India all using OPS to process credit and debit card transactions.

 

Field based Collections

OPS doesn't just limit itself to the desktop and call centre though. It also works for field based collections staff. If you visit your debtors at home or at their premises, your field staff need only be equipped with a mobile smart phone, PDA or wi-fi/3G laptop and they can use OPS.

Not only that, they can also use OPS to accept cash and cheque payments from debtors too – making it easy for cash businesses to keep track of the collections being made – in real time.

24hrsOPS doesn't stop working when you do. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week OPS is working for you, managing your debt collection campaigns and making sure your debtors can pay you – no matter what time of day (or night) they decide to sit in front of a computer.

 

Rebill transactions to your customers

OPS can be cost neutral – with it, you can re-charge transaction fees directly to your customers – giving you the flexibility to break even or even make a profit on the payments you receive. Moreover, OPS can calculate late payment interest and add that to late invoices too – on a per customer basis.

Web based

Mouse CursorOPS is based around industry standard web browser technology. It is essentially a web site that your debtors and your staff both use to process payments, run reports and handle all of the functions of the system. You don't need any complex IT, no software installations and no per user seat charges.

 

Ease-of-use, friendly interface

OPS is easy to use – it's designed like a website, so users will be immediately familiar with it. In addition, users can use their favourite web browser whether it's Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera or Apple Safari. OPS also runs on a variety of computers including Windows, Linux and Mac computers, handheld devices, smart phones and of course the iPhone.
